We have become aware that several of our guests have received suspicious messages via WhatsApp and other messaging services. These messages appear to contain correct information, including guest names and stay dates, but they have not been sent by us.
Please do not click on any links contained in these messages and do not share any personal or payment information. We also encourage you to report these messages as phishing or scam attempts whenever possible.
We take this situation extremely seriously and are working intensively to investigate and resolve the matter. We sincerely apologize for any concern or inconvenience this may cause and greatly appreciate your understanding and patience.
