About the hotel

Autumn and Christmas at Øye bring culinary events, walks through the valley, and a festive celebration as the darkness sets in.

A gastronomic weekend at the end of October with Brian Mark Hansen – the chef who stood on the top step of the Bocuse d'Or podium in Lyon in 2023.
